Refund policy

Our promise

If anything in your order arrives wrong or damaged, send us a photo by WhatsApp or text to (437) 605 2223 by the Sunday after your delivery. We will replace it on your next delivery or refund it.

Because our items are fresh food, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order any time before the order cutoff, which is 10 PM on the Thursday before your delivery Saturday. WhatsApp, text or call us at (437) 605 2223.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by e transfer or returned to your original payment method.
